I guess I'm falling behind a little on my goal of 3 posts per week. But in all honesty, there wasn't a whole lot to post about last week! I guess there were a couple of "current events", but nothing that directly related to Blake or his growth.
Last Tuesday, January 20th, the first "non-caucasion" president was inaugurated...President Barack Obama. This is definitely a huge milestone in history.
Last week, I had my first "review" at GreenStone. It went very well...my boss had all good things to say, and I even got a raise, promotion and a bonus! So, hopefully that trend continues each year!!
This past Saturday, Tom and I went down to Port Huron to see the movie "Mall Cop". It was OK, but not worth the $7 each ticket price. Dad & Lyn kept Blake for us.
This week I have to go to Lansing for what will hopefully be the last time for awhile. I have to give a presentation to a bunch of HR managers, supervisors and the CEO of GFCS. So, I will be very glad when that is over.
